The guide on this cruise was brilliant. Knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. The cruise is fab...nice and relaxing, great photo ops. There is food and a bar on board. I would 100% recommend this activity. Even my kids loved it

Great overview of New Orleans history both in the distant past and in the 21st century. Cruise included a stop at the War of 1812 battlefield and an overview of General Jackson's victory against the British in 1815. Extensive treatment of the Katrina Hurricane given we passed by a number of areas where it hit particularly hard. Cruise Tour Director Charles was outstanding. We thought he was reading from a script but in fact it was all extemporaneous. (We also thought he could talk underwater!) I would say that visitors to New Orleans should have this as a must do.

Excellent experience. We loved Charles, our narrator. He was worth the price of the ticket alone. His storytelling and knowledge of history of the city of New Orleans, the War of 1812, and Hurricane Katrina made this excursion very memorable.

Great experience! Would go again! Food was pretty great, they had the option of bottomless mimosas for $20. The narrater was excellent as well! I believe his name was Charles

The tour an views on the Mississipi river are OK but not stunning. The visit of the NO battlefield is interesting but also not dramatic. The historic speech was quite good with several interesting viewpoints about the Anglo-American wars.

This is a great family friendly, outdoor, relaxing event. Give it a try if you get a chance. The cost is reasonable. We did not take it with the meal. The narrator( forgot his name, Veteran, Lawyer, Historian, Native) is awesome.
